A local gem like Daisy Mae's Southern Fried Chicken is a must for breakfast. And the staff at Le Pavillon? They were like old friends, making you feel right at home with that classic New Orleans charm.
But, hold up. No coffee in the room? Come on, that’s a basic! Plus, we witnessed a car get swiped right from valet, and nobody seemed to care to call the cops or notify the owners. Not exactly the security vibe you'd want in a 'luxury' stay.

The lobby was so stunning, it felt like I'd stepped into a grand ballroom instead of a hotel. Every detail was exquisite, from the chandeliers to the elegant furnishings. The hotel had a charming historic vibe that resonated with New Orleans' ambiance. I loved the gorgeous chandeliers in the lobby and the beautiful decor throughout the building. The room was spacious and comfortable, with pillows that made me feel like I was in a cozy nest after long days of exploring. The location was spot on. it was easy to walk to the French Quarter and nearby attractions. I really enjoyed the fun peanut butter and jelly sandwich tradition they have at night. It added a quirky touch to the stay. On the downside, the elevators were quite unreliable during my visit. At times, I had to wait longer than expected, which can be frustrating when you're ready to head out. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance, so I couldn't unwind there. The housekeeping staff missed a few details. I noticed some dust in the corners of my room. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made a big difference. Their accommodating nature and willingness to help were commendable. I'd recommend enjoying this unique hotel for its atmosphere and location, even with a few hiccups in service.

Charming stay with a unique twist!
I had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel with a beautiful lobby and an extra special peanut butter and jelly tradition every evening. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring the nearby attractions. The only downside was that the bar and restaurant were closed during my visit, which limited dining options on-site.
